About The Role

Elevated Materials is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help expand our growing operations in Alzenau, Germany. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions based in Germany. In collaboration with our HR Manager in Germany and Vice President of People in the US, you’ll drive strategic hiring initiatives, partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders. This position requires strong collaboration and the ability to manage complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global organization. It will also include various aspects of HR administration and coordination. You will collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and retain top-tier talent while showcasing Elevated as an amazing place to work. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and offer processing.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and support current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a personalized and professional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to define hiring needs, workforce development plans, and recruitment strategies.
  • Advise stakeholders on recruitment approaches and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices in hiring, including interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Create job descriptions, manage job postings, and coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Obtain all necessary approvals via job requisitions for new vacancies.
  • Prepare temporary contract offers, employment contracts, and Works Council hearings.
  • Advocate for internal mobility and support talent development and advancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR on talent strategies, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor labor market trends and provide insights to inform hiring and workforce decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with global talent acquisition processes and local labor regulations.
  • Independently support and manage processes related to temporary employment and the use of temporary workers.
  • Coordinate and organize new hire onboarding.
  • Assist with additional administrative and organizational responsibilities across other areas of HR.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience. Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Proven track record for hiring in Germany, especially with temporary contracts.
  • Strong expertise in active sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
  • Fluency in German and English is REQUIRED.
