Supervisor Casting & Rehearsals (m / f / d)

Your previous ports of call

• Completed training or studies, preferably in the arts (e.g., performing arts, cultural management, theater studies, event management)
• Several years of professional experience in casting, rehearsal, performing arts (dance, singing, acting, acrobatics), artist, cultural, or theater management, or evening performance management
• Management experience as artistic director in the fields of singing, dance, or acting
• Very good English and good German skills as well as confident use of MS Office 365
• Goal-oriented and precise way of working, quality and service awareness, flexibility, and ability to work in a team

Your chartered goal

• Ensuring smooth casting and rehearsal processes
• Performers selection and scheduling, including conducting casting interviews, briefings, and comprehensive support for applicants and performers
• Deputy management of castings and auditions, including artistic assessment in collaboration with the Casting & Rehearsals Manager
• Supervision and quality management of rehearsals, including content supervision for all choreographic trainers, as well as content control and follow-up of choreographic rehearsal material
• Project work in casting & rehearsals, as well as organizational communication and coordination
• Active networking and maintaining contacts in the German-speaking and international performers and casting market
