About the Role

MISSION

Driving the university’s growth by attracting and enrolling a high-quality student body, through a proactive, result-driven recruitment approach and an efficient, candidate-centered admissions process.

Main Responsibilities
Student Attraction
  • Design and implement a comprehensive student recruitment strategy aligned with the university’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key markets to maximize enrollment potential.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create student recruitment campaigns, contents and materials.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations to promote the university's programs.
  • Drive and coordinate outreach activities such asOpen House Days, consultation calls,school visits, and fairs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and other partners to enhance the university’s recruitment network and pipeline.
  • Track, analyze and report recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns and gather insights for continuous improvement.
Admissions Management
  • Oversee the entire admissions process, from application review to decision-making and enrollment (including preparation of admission letters, study contracts, and other relevant documents).
  • Involve and onboard relevant stakeholders in the admissions process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for applicants.
  • Implement and maintain efficient admissions workflows and systems to enhance applicant experience.
  • Ensure timely communication and provide personalized guidance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates at each stage of the admissions funnel.
  • Update and regularly report data about applications and admissions for all relevant stakeholders (Leadership, Admission Committee…).
  • Coordinate scholarships and financial support to assist prospective students with funding opportunities.
  • Work closely with Student Experience, Academic Affairs, Finance and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.
Requirements
Essential requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related fields, preferably in higher education in Germany.
  • Proficiency in English and German (at least C1).
  • Results-driven and hands-on approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Additional requirements
  • Knowledge of the formal eligibility criteria for studying in Universities in Germany.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions management software (preferably Hubspot).
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Experience with DEI topics to ensure focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment and admission processes.
