Zusammenfassung

A leading gaming company in Frankfurt is seeking a Student Help in Learning & Development to support administrative processes in the Learning Management System and assist at onboarding events. Ideal candidates are Bachelor or Master students in economics, psychology, or communication with strong teamwork and communication skills, excellent English and German proficiency, and experience with MS Office. This role provides valuable exposure in a global company.

Aufgaben

  • Support implementation of processes in the Learning Management System.
  • Assist at onboarding events for new employees.
  • Organize training measures and coordinate with trainers.
  • Conduct feedback sessions with trainers.
  • Create KPIs.
  • Support with administrative tasks.

As of now, we're looking for a Student Help Learning & Development (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
  • Supporting with the implementation of administrative processes in the Learning Management System
  • Assisting at onboarding events for new employees
  • Organization of training measures, e.g. appointment scheduling, participant management and communication, coordination with trainers, co-moderation of appointments
  • Quality management of trainings by collecting feedback via Survalyzer, conducting feedback sessions with trainers etc.
  • Creation of KPI's
  • Supporting with administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master student in the field of economics, psychology or communication
  • Teamwork-orientation
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation
  • Very good written and spoken English and German language skills
  • Self-initiative action and structured working method
  • Experienced in using MS Office
