We are currently looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects with new partners, encompassing the entire process from initial scoping to Go‑Live and post‑launch support.
  • Build and manage a high‑impact partner network that supports our growth across markets and customer segments
  • Create scalable partner playbooks, enablement materials, and incentive models to activate and accelerate partner performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) to align partnership strategies with our go‑to‑market approach
  • Monitor partner performance and work with partners to continuously optimize collaboration
  • Represent Pliant at industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem initiatives to expand our reach and visibility
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • A strong understanding of B2B sales, business development, or partnership ecosystems — ideally in a fintech, SaaS, or high‑growth startup environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, or a similar client‑facing role
  • Experience working with or building partner‑led go‑to‑market models (e.g. indirect sales, white‑label, embedded finance, referral programs)
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills — you can engage with both operational teams and C‑level stakeholders
  • A structured and proactive approach to building processes, managing stakeholders, and delivering impact
  • You speak English fluently; German or additional European languages are a plus
  • Ideally Berlin‑based or open to working in a hybrid setup
