Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain existing and develop new business for specialty gases equipment.
  2. Research the specialty gases market daily.
  3. Provide product knowledge and technical support to existing distributors and end users.
  4. Develop training plans for distributors and end users.
  5. Create yearly business plans for distributors and end users, and submit revised results quarterly.
  6. Build and develop successful long-term relationships with internal departments (Finance, Operations) and external customers (Distributors/Final Customers).
  7. Build the company brand identity.
  8. Research and analyze market trends, product, and distribution channel information.
  9. Maintain and meet the approved sales budget.
Job Requirements
  1. Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering with a strong background in the specialty gases area.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales or product management environment.
  3. Knowledge of the specialty gases market (preferable work experience in this market).
  4. Sufficient technical knowledge.
  5. Fluency in English and German.
  6. Ability to travel.
  7. Interpersonal skills to represent the company and build relationships with customers.
  8. Competitive drive and creative thinking to overcome customer rejection.
