Responsibilities

• You are our host of the heart: your warm welcome and a heartfelt farewell for our guests are sincere
• You are our wellness expert and advise our guests on their choice of facial and full-body treatments or relaxing massages
• Supervision of the NIVEA shop
• You organise your processes independently and on your own responsibility
• You make sure that your work area always looks great

What you bring on board

• You enjoy dealing with guests
• Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist (m/f/d), retail clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training would be an advantage
• Experience at reception would be great, as a career changer you are also welcome
• You are responsible and work independently
• You support your colleagues and show full commitment
• If you know Protel and TAC - great! If not, we'll teach you everything you need to know
• Your attitude: between ringing telephones and guests at wellness appointments - you always keep the overview!
