  • Product Expertise: Provide a deep understanding of Altium’s products, with knowledge of how to apply them in relevant customer contexts. Keep up‑to‑date on releases, features and product roadmaps.
  • Technical Guidance: Work closely with our customers to identify, prioritize and quantify key‑business drivers, and provide technical expertise on process and optimizations using Altium’s solutions to meet customer objectives and create value.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) Creation: Develop an agreed SOW where key tasks and deliverables are quantified for each proposed solution and effectively presented to the customer.
  • Software Engineering: Collaborate closely with software engineers to develop customized solutions to further accommodate our customers requirements.
  • R&D: Work with R&D to resolve technical gaps that have the highest impact on the customer and Altium’s business.

  • Experience: At least 5 years in Enterprise Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, or a similar customer‑facing strategic role. Experience with Altium’s products is highly desirable.
  • Customer Growth: Proven track record of managing and growing multiple enterprise‑level customers, with an ability to understand and navigate complex customer environments (e.g. integrations, workflows and business processes).
  • Subject Matter Expert: Domain expertise and work experience in PCB design or subject matter expertise in functional areas (e.g., ECAD design process, testing, PLM).
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands‑on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations and workflow management is essential.
  • Project Management: Ability to track and coordinate multiple efforts toward a common goal to ensure customer priorities are delivered on time and meet expectations.
  • Creative Thinker: Proposes solutions using technical knowledge and experience, building alignment and setting clear expectations with customers on the way forward.
  • Problem‑Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to accurately describe technical details of customer issues and how to resolve them.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences.
  • Team Player: Build effective relationships with colleagues across Professional Services, Marketing, Sales, Support and R&D.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel, including meeting customers onsite each month.
