Jobbeschreibung

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be working closely with our CTO, to design, build, and accelerate our product capabilities. Practically, this means:

• Building reliable, scalable systems: Work on backend-heavy infrastructure powering complex integrations (e.g. PMS and Payments), payment workflows, and internal tooling.

• Own blocks of work: Take chunky problems from idea to deployed product — making smart decisions, aligning with the team, and delivering production-grade solutions.

• Collaborate deeply with product and commercial teams: We’re a tight team — engineers at Medfin get stuck into product thinking, commercial goals, and user context.

• Drive engineering quality: Bring strong engineering principles, clean code, and a desire to improve how we work.

• Move quickly without cutting corners: Know when to be scrappy, when to go deep. You build good systems that last, fast.
