Social Media Specialist Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with company goals
• Plan, create, and publish engaging, platform-specific content (posts, images, videos, stories)
• Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments and messages
• Track and analyse performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions)
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features
• Visit locations during matches or events to gather content materials
• Conduct interviews with athletes
• Identify and expand into new social media platforms as needed

Operations Coordinator Ideal Candidate
