ServiceNow ATF Consultant (Freelance)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension.
Commitment: 2 days per week

Our client, a global tech company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Consultant to support our ServiceNow platform over a 3-month engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising automated test scripts to improve platform stability, reduce regression risks and support release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
• Review existing manual test scripts and convert them into automated tests where possible.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and platform owners to ensure test coverage across key modules.
• Run test cycles, analyse results and provide detailed feedback on defects and issues.
• Support release management activities by providing regression test packs and automation coverage reports.
• Provide knowledge transfer and best practice guidance to internal teams on ATF usage.

Skillset

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Proven track record of building and executing automated test cases across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow development lifecycle and release management processes.
• Familiarity with testing best practices, including regression, integration, and functional testing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g. CSA, CIS-ITSM) desirable but not essential.
