Our client, a global leader in semiconductors are hiring aServiceNow Technical Business Analyst with a particular focus onHR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join the team. This contract position (60-80% capacity) involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements while designing and delivering tailored HRSD solutions that drive operational efficiency and align with organizational goals.


Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to capture, document and validate requirements specific to HR Service Delivery processes.

• Translate HRSD business needs into scalable, efficient ServiceNow solutions.

• Lead solution design and architecture, ensuring alignment with HRSD best practices and the ServiceNow roadmap.

• Provide guidance on leveraging HRSD modules, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events.

• Oversee implementation, ensuring the delivered functionality meets HR and organizational expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules.
