We have an exciting opportunity for you as our next Service Partner Management Specialist. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive in :

  • Review and evaluate incoming service partner requests.
  • Identify, recruit, and verify potential partners and their capabilities.
  • Collect and validate documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and oversee contract creation and execution.
  • Onboard new partners and maintain an accurate partner database.
  • Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements or terminations when necessary.
Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partner or vendor management, including contract negotiation.
  • Strong attention to detail for documentation and database accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Analytical abilities to evaluate partner capabilities and performance.
  • Language skills : English C1; German C1; Spanish would be a plus.
