For our Managed Services team in Operational Services, we are seeking a Service Delivery Engineer – Oracle Managed Service – DBA (all genders) to develop and support our existing infrastructure and systems in ongoing operations. Your responsibilities include implementing, optimizing, and maintaining database solutions. Additionally, you will support the Managed Services team in daily operations. Your tasks:

• Planning, provisioning, monitoring, optimizing, and managing Oracle databases
• Selecting, developing, testing, and maintaining tools for database management
• Programming batch processes and scripts to automate production workflows
• Identifying optimization potential within your areas of responsibility and developing and implementing relevant concepts
• Performing space management, analysis, and reorganization of databases
• Ensuring third-party support for deployed databases

Your profile:

• Specialization and proven professional experience in the mentioned area, especially in Oracle environments (high availability and disaster recovery)
• Extensive experience operating Oracle Engineered Systems is advantageous
• Responsibility, reliability, and strong team skills
• Good knowledge of Unix scripting languages
• High customer orientation, motivation, flexibility, and resilience
• Fluent in German and English
