About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Workday Consultant who can hit the ground running. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you\'ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality Workday implementations across multiple functional areas. Fluency in German is a must, as you’ll work closely with German-speaking clients.

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support the delivery of Workday projects across various modules, including:
  • Reporting & Prism Analytics
  • Compensation / Advanced Compensation
  • Talent & Performance
  • Core HCM
  • Time & Absence
  • Data Migration
  • Security Configuration
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday features and enhancements
• Provide strategic advice and best practices to clients
• Serve as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior consultants where needed
• Communicate effectively in both German and English in a professional setting

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hands-on Workday consulting experience
• Proven expertise in at least 1 of the above modules
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience in client-facing consulting environments
• Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple workstreams
• Fluent German speaker (C1 or above)
• Workday certification(s) in any relevant modules is required
