What we are looking for:

• You have a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• You bring 8+ years of professional experience in electronics and software testing.
• You solve complex, ambiguous, and cross‑functional challenges, develop frameworks, and anticipate future problems.
• You take the lead in collaboration, ensure alignment across functions, and act as a mentor.
• You influence direction and results across teams/functions and lead scalable initiatives.
• You possess excellent knowledge of modern test automation (e.g., Python) and the relevant tools (Jira, Git, Testmo).
• You are fluent in English and proficient in German (B2).
• You can imagine supporting your team on‑site in Düsseldorf 1–2 times per week.
