Senior Territory Manager Center-South Italy (m/f/d), full-time

Responsibilities
  • You lead engaging training sessions for physicians and make sure they are always up to date with the latest technical knowledge about our products
  • At congresses, workshops, and medical events, you showcase expertise and strengthen our visibility in your region
  • Through visits to your designated territory, you bring valuable insights on demand, competition, regulations, and reimbursement trends related to our products
  • You spot market opportunities, analyze trends, and translate customer behavior into actionable strategies
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs in your territory, ensuring continuous trust and collaboration
  • Anticipate challenges before they arise and contribute proactive solutions that drive company success
  • In your area of expertise, you ensure high quality, compliance, and confidentiality while keeping processes efficient and effective
  • Stay ahead by keeping yourself informed on neurointervention technologies and by taking part in relevant trainings and events
  • You support marketing and business development initiatives by tracking performance, preparing reports, and contributing to impactful execution
What we are looking for
  • You hold a completed higher education degree
  • You bring solid experience in the neurovascular field or at least in the peripheral vascular area
  • With fluent English and strong MS Office skills, you can communicate and work confidently across different contexts
  • Your background includes people management and the ability to lead teams effectively
  • Teamwork is second nature to you, and you enjoy building strong collaborative relationships
  • You have a business development mindset and the drive to identify and seize new opportunities
