We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Operations Analyst (m / f / d) to become part of our Supply Tech Enabling Team within our Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU.

You will take end-to-end ownership of a business model cluster (e.g. wholesale or dropshipping). Your mission is to ensure the technical and operational stability of its processes while proactively shaping and improving the system for the future.

You will lead incident handling root cause analysis and drive process improvements in close collaboration with both business and tech teams.

What you will do :
  • Own the operational excellence of your business model cluster covering the entire data flow from product and pricing to orders and shipments
  • Perform hands‑on incident handling and investigate bugs to pinpoint their root cause
  • Clearly communicate your findings and suggested solutions to the relevant application teams
  • Proactively leverage insights from investigations to drive the analysis and implementation of long-term preventative measures and shape system improvements
  • Contribute to E2E testing strategies for critical initiatives ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality deployments
  • Own the process for bug lifecycle management turning a reactive process into a continuous driver of operational excellence
  • Collaborate with other Technical Process Owners to share best practices and help align improvements across different business models

Who you are :
  • 3 years of experience in a tech‑business interface role (e.g. Process Owner Technical PM Business Analyst QA)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues
  • Advanced SQL skills and proficient database knowledge
  • Hands‑on experience in incident handling root cause analysis and a solid understanding of system integrations APIs data flows logs and payloads
  • Proficient with Postman or similar API testing tools
  • Good communication skills (especially English)
  • Solution‑oriented and out‑of‑the‑box thinking
  • Analytical and efficient way of thinking
  • Proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Eagerness to learn and develop a fast understanding of complex tasks with many variables and high complexity variables and high complexity
