Our client, a leading global consultancy, is expanding its German ServiceNow practice and seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in either HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or Customer Service Management (CSM). In this role, you will lead complex ServiceNow transformation programs, shape solution architectures, and guide enterprise clients through their digital service‑management journeys.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across HRSD or CSM modules, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight into platform capabilities, industry best practices, and strategic roadmaps
  • Lead workshops, design sessions and demos
  • Support pre‑sales activities including proposal development, effort estimation, and solution presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow technologies and best practices
Required experience
  • 4+ years experience in ServiceNow implementation
  • Experience in HRSD / CSM / ITSM modules
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications
  • Fluent German and English
