Job Description

You daily execute second- and third-line remote support interventions in SAP for a number of customers: issue solving, realizing changes, assisting key-users.

The product range to support includes SAP ECC suite, SAP S / 4HANA environments, and SAP add-on products developed by SOA People.

You interact with SAP AG to address customer issues in the standard product, in line with the SAP License Maintenance contract.

For our SAP add-on products, you collaborate with the SOA People product development team to discuss customer issues or future extension demands.

You provide additional RTS services to customers, such as occasional on-site meetings or workshops, functional assistance during planned go-lives, and mini-projects to extend functionality.

You hold full responsibility for your topics, including defining functional solutions, implementation, and cooperation with involved customers.

You proactively communicate the status and results of your work with all stakeholders: customers, service desk coordinators, colleague consultants, service delivery managers, and RTS management.

In case of operational issues, you escalate the matter internally to the service desk coordinator.

You mainly work in Waver (Belgium) or Lyon (France).

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an SAP logistics consultant across various customer missions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of core SAP modules like SD, MM, LE, and the exchange with SAP FI/CO.
• You are knowledgeable about other industry modules such as PP, (E)WM, PM, CS, QM, MDM, SRM, Intrastat, etc.
• You are skilled in ECC and S/4HANA (private/public cloud environments).
• You understand ABAP (OO) to collaborate effectively with technical consultants during debugging sessions.
• Functional experience with SolMan on Service Desk and CRM modules is a strong asset.
• You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.
