A young, 360° marketing and communications agency network – that's Innocean Worldwide Europe. Founded in Korea in 2005, based in Frankfurt since 2007, with responsibility for nine European locations and two top challenger brands, approximately 250 employees of 35 different nationalities, and solidly financed as a subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Group. Our stated goal is to convince our existing and new customers outside the automotive industry of our expertise, inspire them, and grow together.
Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of our corporate design across car dealerships in Europe, ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience.
- Manage exciting projects from start to finish, working independently and driving results.
- Coordinate with international teams—from our European HQ to colleagues in Frankfurt and Korea—as well as external suppliers and partners.
- Review dealership plans to make sure they meet our brand standards.
- Help shape the future of our showrooms by developing and improving furniture and design elements.
- Oversee suppliers and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Track progress and share updates to keep everyone aligned.
Qualifications
- A degree in industrial design, architecture, interior design, or business administration with relevant experience in architecture.
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in international rollouts of corporate or spatial design projects. Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
- You speak German and English fluently.
- You can read and understand architectural plans, especially for showroom layouts and branding elements.
- Strong skills in managing suppliers and partners.
- You’re a trusted advisor for clients on both strategic and day-to-day topics.
- You’re reliable, proactive, and a great team player who’s eager to grow through new challenges.
- You’re self-motivated and work well independently, with your manager, and in international teams.
- You’re confident using MS Office tools—especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
