JOB OVERVIEW

COLORS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our brand partnership projects from inception to completion. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and interfacing with the client, and ensuring that all projects align with the client’s and our brand’s vision and objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering high‑quality content that resonates with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Lead and manage multiple brand partnership projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative direction, producers, and leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Manage day‑to‑day project operations, ensuring deliverables are met and blockers are resolved.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans‑including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Facilitate meetings, including kick‑offs, check‑ins, and post‑mortems.
  • Monitor project progress, address any issues or roadblocks, and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to COLORS’ and the client’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continually bring innovative ideas to the team.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the commercial, creative or entertainment industry. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Notion and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive.
  • Comfort working across remote and in‑person teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Has an interest & and is attuned to both the COLORS brand and wider landscape of music, culture, apparel and lifestyle.
