The role

As a Senior Programmatic Marketing Manager in our Marketing department, you will be responsible for driving key consumer activations through channel expansion strategies. We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager for Online Marketing with deep expertise in programmatic advertising to lead and optimize our paid media efforts across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a performance marketing mindset, capable of scaling acquisition and conversion metrics while ensuring efficient spend.

What you’ll do
  • Strategise & test types of Display and Video campaigns across HelloFresh’s international portfolio with an ROI driven mind-set
  • Ensure HelloFresh is set for the future in staying ahead of the curve in programmatic marketing
  • Leverage data, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously improve targeting, bidding strategies, creative, and conversion paths.
  • Own performance KPIs and reporting dashboards; provide regular insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Work on new channel expansion and acquisition strategy with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders - across partners, brand, tech & local teams.
  • Be responsible for the testing roadmaps, the creative stack, data and technology strategies for your own area of responsibility
  • Own the programmatic function budget and target achievement
What you’ll bring
  • 6+ years of professional experience in display marketing, digital media, and online advertising or you worked with multiple DSP vendors, programmatic trading desks, digital marketing agencies, ad networks, 3rd party data companies or other related digital companies.
  • Proven track record of managing large performance-driven media budgets
  • Deep understanding of digital media buying, RTB, audience targeting, attribution, and conversion funnel dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with leading DSPs, ad servers, pixel implementation, and tracking tools.
  • Proficient in performance analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and media KPIs.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (e.g., CDPs, DMPs, AI-based optimization tools) to improve efficiency and audience precision.
  • Excellent communication skills. You will be the go-to person for multiple marketing and communication teams. Interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success.
  • Passionate about the digital industry and highly digital savvy
  • A Master Degree in Digital/Marketing Will be a plus
