A leading global technology firm is seeking a skilled professional for a performance advertising role in Berlin. This position entails leading Google’s DACH product strategy and ensuring client success in performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital media, sales, and marketing, along with fluency in German and English. This hybrid work role offers the chance to work with top brands and drive impactful advertising solutions using Google's advanced tools.

In this role, you will join our performance advertising centre of excellence in DACH, with dedicated focus on Google’s direct‑response Search, Apps, and DemandGen AI‑powered campaigns, working with customers towards ambitious performance KPIs (e.g., sales, leads, ROI). You will work cross‑functionally within Google and our Client Solutions organisation to deliver the most impactful solutions to DACH performance advertisers looking to amplify their investments with Google Solutions beyond Search.
You will be part of a team of Performance Leads within the entire DACH market, and leverage cross‑functional expertise from a wide team of specialists in Performance, Measurement, and Branding.
