A digital photography solutions provider in Berlin is seeking a People Partner. In this pivotal role, you will guide business leaders on HR matters and team dynamics while managing a small People Operations team. You will drive HR initiatives, coach managers, and oversee operations to ensure a holistic employee experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, strong people skills, and fluency in both German and English. This hybrid position allows flexible work arrangements with a focus on innovative people practices.

We’re looking for a strategic and empathetic People Partner ready to step into their first team‑leadership position. In this role you’ll report directly to our Chief People Officer, balancing hands‑on People business partnering with leading a small agile People Operations team. You’ll be the go‑to partner for managers and teams on all people matters while also fostering operational excellence and team development across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid role that requires coming to our office in Berlin Mitte 2‑3 times per week.
