Overview

Responsible for DACH Marketing issues, including but not limited to branding, channel co-marketing, product marketing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local PV module market conditions, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem; develop marketing strategies aligned with local needs and company strategy.
• Lead product launch campaigns and seasonal promotions for DACH markets.
• Establish joint-marketing partnerships with distributor partners, leverage their digital/physical resources to promote AIKO brand and modules; provide full marketing support to partners to drive sales with BD teams.
• Plan and execute regional brand events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with global brand team and European MKT HQ to ensure brand/PR consistency; identify optimal local communication partners for implementation.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years’ local marketing experience in Europe (industry-agnostic).
• Proven expertise in B2B/B2C brand building, channel co-marketing, and value-based product marketing.
• Business-oriented mindset with results-driven approach; proactive attitude and commitment to deliverables.
• PV industry experience preferred.
• Fluent English and could speak one of local language (German).
