Our German business is led by a team of highly experienced MDs focused on delivering advisory services across Restructuring, Debt Advisory, Deals and Value Creation.

As a Senior Manager in the Integration & Separation team, you will lead small teams to deliver multi-stakeholder, international and domestic pre‑and post‑deal advisory engagements while also raising the profile of Interpath as a premier provider of Deals and Value Creation advisory services.

The successful candidate will work with experienced colleagues to deliver a diverse range of projects involving pre‑ and post‑deal carve‑out, integration, operational value creation, performance improvement, cost optimisation and Target Operating models. They will offer direct assistance to companies undergoing transformation and directly impact the future success and further growth of these companies.

Responsibilities
  • Leading teams and workstreams to deliver pre‑and post‑acquisition workstreams for leading private‑equity owned companies and corporates to ensure deal targets are achieved
  • Leading workstreams including sell side and buy side operational due diligence, post‑merger integration / separation projects, performance improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, Day‑1 readiness and 100‑day planning
  • Creating, developing and executing robust methodologies to ensure clarity, ownership, and delivery to tight timescales and to mitigate risks
  • Wide‑ranging operational delivery & impact on business areas including sales, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, and purchasing
  • Guiding stakeholders ensuring effective communication on key project milestones and deliverables
  • Building and developing strong networks across private‑equity and corporates, identifying opportunities to assist clients and deliver tailored solutions
  • Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to their professional growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in diagnosing, and delivering performance improvement consulting projects, pre & post deal
  • Track record of delivering operational value creation, improvement or transformation mandates
  • Strong financial and operational analytical skills and the ability to conduct deep‑dive analysis and build complex financial models and operational methodologies / approaches
  • Strong academic record including previous experience at a leading advisory firm, a Big 4 or a company undergoing significant deals transformation activities
  • Native or Business fluent German & English (C1) is essential; additional European languages are highly desirable
  • Professional, with the ability to engage effectively with clients in high‑pressure situations
  • Flexibility to travel when required for client engagements
