Job Description

• Management of new construction/conversion and revitalization projects with a view to on-time, high-quality and
• implementation with a focus on project optimization together with the project team and subcontractors

• Management of space/occupancy and workspace planning including relocation management
• User management with regard to requirements for the construction and relocation projects
• Communication with public authorities
• Management and coordination of the entire commercial administration of the commercial real estate portfolio

• Representation of owners and support of internal customers in all commercial matters
• Planning and ensuring cost- and budget-oriented property management
• Negotiation, conclusion and monitoring of rental and purchase agreements
• Management and continuous optimization of the management portfolio as well as all process flows
• Expansion of the network with external service providers and brokers
• Project controlling, target/actual comparisons and preparation of business evaluations
• Ensuring regular reporting to the division management

Qualifications

• Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering
• Proven experience in the management of construction projects
• Sound professional experience in commercial real estate management as well as management experience
• Basic MS Office and SAP skills
• Very good German and good English
• Criticism, conflict and decision-making skills with a pronounced customer orientation at various
