DKV Mobility sucht einen Senior Legal Counsel (gn) zur Unterstützung in Rechtsangelegenheiten der Unternehmensgruppe in einem dynamischen Umfeld. Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen die rechtliche Beratung für Vertrieb und Beschaffung sowie die Überprüfung von Verträgen. Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens zwei Staatsexamen erfolgreich absolviert, idealerweise mit Auszeichnung.
  • Erfahrung im Handels-, Vertriebs- oder Beschaffungsrecht.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

  • Hauptansprechpartner für rechtliche Angelegenheiten der Unternehmensgruppe.

What you can expect
  • You are the primary contact for legal matters concerning our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy Toll, and Purchasing.
  • You advise our Sales Units on the distribution of our products (including software) and on negotiating high-volume customer contracts.
  • You review and negotiate procurement contracts.
  • You develop legal structuring options for new business opportunities.
  • You provide legal support for special projects of group-wide significance.
  • You independently manage your workflows and handle legal matters with full responsibility.
What makes you stand out
  • You have successfully completed both state law examinations, ideally with distinction.
  • You have gained experience in Commercial, Sales, or Procurement law, either in a law firm or in-house.
  • You enjoy working across departments and are enthusiastic about commercial topics and economic contexts.
  • You possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving competence, process-oriented thinking, and assertiveness.
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and bring initiative and commitment to your work.
  • You have an empathetic, persuasive, and assertive personality.
