Position

Jung von Matt SPREE is looking for an experienced Senior Influencer / Creator Relations Manager (d/f/m).

Are you strategic, highly organized, and passionate about the world of social media? Do you have extensive experience in managing creator projects and productions, building and optimizing efficient processes, and coordinating and leading creative talent? Are you familiar with the latest trends and platforms and able to strategically leverage them for brands? Then we’d love to hear from you!

Your Tasks

• Independently lead and strategically plan creator projects and productions from conception through execution.
• Ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met through optimized processes.
• Develop and strategically expand a creator pool, including structured database management.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of project documentation such as briefs, schedules, and status reports.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external creators, ensuring content aligns with strategic brand goals.
• Coordinate and manage on-site productions to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Proactively identify industry trends and emerging platforms to develop strategic partnerships with creators.

About You

• You speak fluent German (C2) and have excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• You are communicative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
• You have a deep understanding of social media platforms and the creator economy, and recognize innovative content.
• You’re a proactive and strategic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Extensive experience in project management, creator relations, and leading productions is essential.
