Your seat to fill:

• Create visually compelling, high-quality product concepts that reflect our brand DNA and resonate with target users
• Contribute to the design process for new developments and product updates, from concept through to production
• Translate design briefs and user insights into innovative, functional, and production-ready proposals
• Produce persuasive 2D and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent clearly to internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and cross-functional teams to align design with functional, technical, and commercial goals
• Support both digital and physical prototyping processes to validate and iterate on design concepts
• Conduct trend research, benchmarking, and contribute to the definition of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) strategies
• Participate in the review and refinement of samples, ensuring that final products meet design intent and brand quality standards
• Present design concepts and progress clearly and confidently in internal reviews and cross-functional meeting

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related field
• 4–6 years of professional experience in industrial design, preferably within a consumer goods or lifestyle-focused company
• Proven ability to bring designs from concept to production within collaborative, fast- paced, cross-functional environment
• A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, aesthetic refinement, and design execution
• Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (Rhino preferred; experience with Creo is a plus)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and real-world production constraints
• High attention to detail with excellent eye for form, proportion, and visual detail
• Ability to balance creativity with practical and commercial considerations with strong storytelling, visual communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under fast-paced timelines
• Receptive to feedback and able to apply it constructively
• Collaborative, open-minded, and motivated to contribute to team success
• Fluent in English, German skills would be an asset
