We are hiring a Senior IGA Consultant Saviynt (m/f/d) in the UK – this is a remote role supporting our clients across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications.
- Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation of Saviynt Identity Governance solutions, addressing complex integration challenges and enhancing strategies through in-depth competitive analysis of IAM solutions.
- Oversee the entire Saviynt implementation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, following best practices and methodologies.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates, ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging for complex issues; customize Saviynt integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with product engineering and operations teams for effective resolutions.
- Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities, and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, conducting technical assessments, and providing competitive analysis to refine implementation strategies and address customer needs.
Your Skills and Requirements
- Extensive IAM Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, configuring, and deploying Identity Management and Governance solutions, with at least 4+ years focused on Saviynt.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Cloud Security, Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP), and Unix/Linux environments, with experience in scripting (Unix Shell/Perl) and automating batch jobs.
- Domain Knowledge: Expertise in IGA, including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Customer & Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage directly with customers for requirement gathering and expectation management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical presentations and documentation.
- Preferred Skills: Certifications in Saviynt and other IAM technologies that demonstrate advanced proficiency and deep expertise in the field.
- PMP or CISSP certifications, with additional exposure to broader security domains as a plus.
