The MSF Operational Centre of Brussels (OCB) employs over 15,000 staff globally, with over 90% working in countries of operations across 37 countries. The Human Resources department supports this global workforce through a team of 130 primarily based in Brussels, Kinshasa, and Abidjan.
Human resources specialists act as strategic partners in fulfilling MSF's social purpose. As Senior HR Manager, you ensure good planning of project human resources, covering the full employee cycle from recruitment to end of contract. You oversee compliance with internal regulations and national social legislation. You act as a strategic HR partner, supporting program objectives, building capacities, and ensuring quality HR processes.
The major part of our projects are taking place in acute or chronic crisis areas and unstable contexts.
