Job SummaryIn this role, you will act as a trusted HR senior advisor and partner to assigned management team of a complex production site of over 1,100 employees. Lead and develop a highly qualified HR team. Collaborate and partner with the appropriate HR leaders - locally and globally - to provide support to managers and employees within the defined HR strategy and principles. Has responsibility and accountability (liaising as need with teams such as Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, etc.) for onboarding and off boarding, legal/employee relations, organisational and talent development, culture, engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits. Demonstrate leadership and communication skills to drive organizational consensus, results and set priorities. Continuously identifies and implements effective and efficient HR solutions. Key liaison between employees and the company to provide a world class workplace.
