Job Description
  • Partner with plant and regional leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support operational and strategic goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement programs and support cultural transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and collective agreements while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management and organizational development processes.
  • Support recruitment for critical roles and strengthen employer branding in the manufacturing sector.
  • Prepare for future leadership by developing HR structures and mentoring junior HR staff.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as HR Business Partner in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
