Founded in 1856, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. - Design architectures over the architecture domains (Business, User Experience, Application, Data, Technologies and Security) and different levels of abstraction (high-level design at the Enterprise Architecture level and detailed implementation design at Solution Architecture level).
- Participate to the growth of the Enterprise Architecture domain in order to provide a customer-focused, value-adding, and sustainable architecture practice.
- Manage the enterprise architecture repository, the central location of the enterprise landscape.
- Contribute to the elaboration and evolution of processes, functional, data & technical architectures.
- Work with Business representatives, Functional Analysts, Infrastructure and Security Architects and IT Experts to challenge business requirements and design flexible, scalable, robust architectures and solutions across bank portfolio projects.
- Collaborate with Business Process by identifying opportunities, driving changes and improvements in business architecture and processes design.
- Ensure alignment of IT strategy with BIL\'s business goals; ensure coherence, efficiency and security of the Information System.
- Manage technology standard management and the technology radar.
- Promote Innovation, Digitalization and new technologies approaches.
- Help/Support IT teams to promote best practices, define and design solutions to ensure coherence between high-level enterprise architecture decisions and project implementation; review deliverables; clarify infrastructure and security needs; review and validate infrastructure and security design; participate in IT solution estimates in collaboration with Stream Business and IT Leads.
- Steer the integration of startup solutions and bring technology compliance.
- Hold strong knowledge of architecture methodologies such as TOGAF, IASA, etc.
- Expertise in architecture modeling languages such as UML, C4, ArchiMate, Entity-Relationship or BPMN.
- Proven experience in designing a microservices architecture, from a technical (Spring Boot, containers) and functional aspect (domain-driven design).
- Proficiency in architecture styles such as Web Oriented Architecture, Service-Oriented Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, …
- Technological knowledge background: Core Banking System, API, Micro-services, Spring, Kafka, MQ, Java, Python, JSON, XML, ETL, Data Lake, MFT, Oracle, PKI, etc.
- Ability to lead and animate architecture workshops.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to understand and translate a business strategy and requirements.
- Communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical people.
- Relational, listening, sharing and conviction capabilities (notably the ability to lead and animate architecture workshops).
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
- Bachelor or Master\'s degree.
- Mandatory languages: French and English. Any other language is an asset.
- If possible: TOGAF, IASA, SAFe for Architects.
- Minimum 5 years in Enterprise/IT Architecture and maximum 10 years.
