Responsibilities

• This is a line-management role and the successful candidate will need experience of organising and delivering projects, utilising excellent communication skills to work with a variety of stakeholders, whilst managing a team.
• Organisation and planning are essential. You will need to be able to deal with challenges and lead the team with independence and confidence.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, the candidate will need precise decision making and the ability to ensure content delivery across the team is of the highest standard. You will be at the forefront of content creation for a variety of data editorial clients in an ever-changing marketplace.
• As well as managing the production of content you will also be required to contribute in this production itself, as well as planning rotas and coverage capabilities. Dealing with all internal stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner will be crucial, working with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams as well as other senior members of the Data Insights teams.
• The successful candidate will set up key goals for each member of their team and hold regular 1-2-1s with their direct reports.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to manage a small team, including scheduling, HR tasks and staff development.
• Content creation as part of a team that delivers data editorial content to the media, professional clubs, brands and governing bodies
• Sales Support to assist the commercial team with new and existing clients as well as identifying new prospects.
• Liaise with our international data editorial to ensure a smooth workflow of content
