What you´ll do

  • Lead global office projects as an experienced, reliable and competent business partner
  • Steer diverse, international teams of internal and external collaborators
  • Collect requirements and develop the feasibility study and business case
  • Prepare the relevant investment plan and investment applications
  • Ideate, coordinate and track the project implementations
  • Manage the relevant stakeholders and lead the internal and external communication
  • Coordinate the transformation into the Henkel “smart work” office concept
What makes you a good fit
  • Degree in Architecture or related field, apprenticeship in construction field desirable
  • 8+ years of work experience in construction management, architecture or real estate, experience with R&D and / or workplace projects desirable
  • Proficient project management skills in international / intercultural environment
  • Affinity to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Agile, persistent, self-organized team player
  • Passion for leading projects with a strong focus on design excellence and cost efficiency
  • Fluent English and German language skills
