We are seeking a content strategist with a strong creative muscle to join our Digital team at SCRIB3. We work with brands in and adjacent to crypto, from small startups to large household names. You will work directly with brand designers to bring brands to life on a variety of digital channels such as social media, websites, community platforms, events, and more. While you aren't the one responsible for pushing pixels on figma or photoshop, you are able to write a great design brief and come up with unique ideas. Must be able to work in the UTC-8 to UTC +2 timezones (Americas to Europe)
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute an omnichannel content calendar for clients.
- Create and execute brand campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Visualize, articulate, build and execute a branded content strategy.
- Craft social media copy that uniquely speaks to the client's audience.
- Digging deep into audiences, writing key messages, and choosing the best channels to reach that audience.
- Writing design briefs.
- Strategizing and writing social media ads.
- Writing website copy in wireframes.
- Collaborating with motion design teams to come up with great videos and animated visuals.
- Working cross-functionally to build brand campaigns.
- You will report to the VP of Digital and have the opportunity to manage direct reports for your own professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience working in content strategy, social media, or marketing.
- Highly creative. You can work with designers.
- Experience using Figma, or a willingness to learn it quickly on your own within the first few days of the job.
- Presentation skills. You can articulate your thoughts clearly and answer hard questions live.
- Client or external relationship management skills.
- Very strong reading and writing skills.
- Up to date with social channel tactical best practices. You don't need to know every detail of every algorithm, but a broad understanding of channel differences and how they're used by brands.
- Desire to learn and grow quickly.
- You can disagree and commit – even if a creative direction or brand voice is chosen that you're not 100% on, you can still execute it just as well as if it was a direction you yourself came up with.
- Can think critically and adjust on the fly.
- Love to learn and be involved in a lot of different projects at once.
Nice to Have:
- Previous agency experience or working with your own clients.
- Crypto nativity or crypto curiosity. It's okay if you don't have a cold wallet as long as you're willing to learn what it is.
