Our new partners, a well-known Tier 2 German Boutique, are looking for Senior Consultants to join their Operations team, with a focus on Supply Chain.

The Role:

1. Advising the top management of leading global companies.
2. Developing and implementing innovative solutions and business models across the entire operations area (e.g., innovation, research and development, purchasing, production/Industry 4.0, supply chain/logistics, service, post-merger integration, product value optimization, digital transformation of business processes, Artificial Intelligence).
3. Designing future-oriented supply chain and footprint strategies, optimizing organizational structures, advising and optimizing purchasing processes, and supporting clients through post-merger integration processes. Also, assisting in the implementation of innovative cost reduction programs.

Your Profile:

1. Excellent degree from a university or international business school.
2. Several years of relevant consulting and/or industrial experience in operations, with strong analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
3. Experience abroad, with very good knowledge of German and English.
