Your Profile
  • Experience in several SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay implementation projects and ideally also (initial) experience in the Employee Central area
  • Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable Pay, ideally supplemented by further certifications
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity
  • Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and in particular to support less experienced consultants in their induction training
  • High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Moderate willingness to travel
