• Conduct consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (focusing on Pharma and MedTech)
• Support top management of our clients in designing and implementing corporate strategies, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Assist in acquiring and developing innovative consultancy projects
• Develop external ecosystems and strategy papers

Qualifications

• College degree, ideally in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or in a healthcare organization
• Strong T-shaped profile, broad industry knowledge with deep expertise in areas like strategy development, reinventing business models, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, sustainability, etc.
• High interest in new trends and technologies
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Strong focus on clients and results
• Structured, professional approach to work
• Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality
• Proficiency in German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
