Overview

Our team at Europe North is there to support the digital growth of 20+ countries across the region. Together with strong regional leadership and local teams we provide end-to-end care to our enterprise and public sector customers throughout all of the commercially available Microsoft products, focusing on transforming business processes and generating value. As a Senior Communications Manager you will be responsible to support the president of the area in their digital presence internally and externally — identifying, curating the right topics to highlight, and sharing on available channels. As part of the role you will contribute to the creation of the regional strategy, and you will be responsible for ensuring our internal communications engines run smoothly and support the goals the area aims to achieve. This opportunity will allow you to work with senior stakeholders, lead communication efforts and work in a diverse international business to highlight and recognize success, while contributing to building and maintaining our regional culture.

Responsibilities

• Produce communications materials and tactics supporting the area president both on internal and external platforms.
• Focus on creating and executing the region's internal communication strategy, aligning & leading external agency teams as needed. You’ll also choose and manage agency partnerships.
• Work closely with the CVP office and the Europe North Leadership Team to identify critical priority areas as you drive the communications strategy, and contribute to the creation of the regional goals, messaging and initiatives related to it. This will involve enhancing thought leadership and contributing to innovative campaigns while generating momentum for Microsoft’s offerings.
• Lead storytelling across teams while using data and insights to drive storytelling opportunities. You’ll also develop and create ideas for collateral materials for use in a range of initiatives and events like MCAPS Start, and other local moments of connection like All employee meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience OR equivalent experience
