The Role

Role Responsibilities

Business Value Discovery

• Identify high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable ROI, not just impressive technology demos
• Conduct client workshops to uncover workflow pain points where AI can eliminate repetitive cognitive work
• Quantify potential time savings, error reduction, and process acceleration
• Design and build AI-powered frontend experiences using e.g. React/TypeScript
• Create sophisticated workflow automations using tools like N8N, connecting AI capabilities to business processes
• Devise and build endpoints that expose backend AI solutions and capabilities
• Apply MACH principles to ensure scalable and flexible solutions
• Integrate LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) with customer-facing applications
• Implement agentic AI workflows with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls
• Deploy solutions while navigating messy legacy systems and real-world constraints

Must-have Qualifications

• Around 4 years of experience in AI/ML consulting or solution architecture or have worked on circa 5 AI projects.
• Hands-on expertise with frontened frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue, TypeScript)
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, or similar)

Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Familiarity with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Experience implementing human-in-the-loop AI systems
• Knowledge of MACH architecture principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Accountability, collaboration, and time-management skills
• A strong desire to learn more about business every day
