Overview
Managing Consultant | Energize SAP. Working with enterprise-level businesses across Germany to support their permanent in-house SAP team growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and deliver robust, future-oriented solutions in close collaboration with operational stakeholders.
- Enhance and optimize systems and processes across manufacturing or production facilities.
- Contribute to the digital transformation of production workflows and operations.
- Configure system settings (customizing), and identify opportunities for migration and harmonization within system landscapes.
- Lead or support SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) projects through all key phases, potentially acting as a (sub-)project manager.
- Support global SAP rollouts by ensuring smooth integration and alignment with local requirements.
- Work closely with key users across international subsidiaries and collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training for SAP PP key users.
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for all matters related to SAP Production Planning.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or equivalent professional qualification.
- Over 3 years of experience in the IT sector, preferably in an SAP-related role.
- Strong expertise in SAP R/3, particularly within the Production Planning (PP) module; familiarity with additional SAP modules is a plus.
- Ideally, some hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and a solid foundation in general IT concepts.
- Proven ability to independently implement business requirements via system customizing.
- A process-oriented mindset combined with a strong consulting approach.
- Demonstrated initiative, dedication, and a proactive working style.
- Strong team player with a high level of reliability and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
