ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic, hands‑on Sales Enablement Manager to help our global Go‑To‑Market (GTM) organization close and retain customers through compelling, value‑driven messaging.

This is a highly collaborative role that blends strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with GTM leadership to build the talk tracks, sales assets, onboarding programs, and internal resources our teams need to win and retain deals consistently. You’ll play a key role in shaping how Talon.One communicates value to prospects and customers across the entire journey.

Reporting to the Head of Enablement, you’ll work most closely with our Education team and collaborate across GTM functions including Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Success (CSM), Technical Account Management (TAM), Partner Management, Revenue Operations, and GTM Leadership.

This is a full‑time role based in Berlin with occasional travel to team meetups in the US or our Berlin HQ.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL
  • Create compelling slide decks, proposal templates, and supporting assets that help Account Executives clearly communicate Talon.One’s value to different audiences and buying groups.
    Partner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure value‑driven, consistent messaging across prospect and customer touchpoints
  • Design onboarding programs and clear documentation that get new GTM team members productive quickly
  • Train and support teams on how to use enablement materials effectively, driving adoption, consistency, and confidence across the GTM team and Partners
  • Work closely with the Education team to create and continuously improve internal, online training content focused on winning messaging and value articulation
  • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen a coaching culture. Identify and amplify high‑performing talk tracks and messaging developed by the field, and work with RevOps to optimize sales tooling for coaching and development
  • Work hand‑in‑hand with Revenue Operations to align enablement initiatives with GTM processes, systems, and tooling, ensuring smooth execution across the organization
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 3–5 years of experience in a value‑driven, consultative sales environment, ideally within B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in a remote, global workforce
  • Proven experience supporting, enabling, and coaching sales or GTM teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and tell clear value stories
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions
  • A strong sense of ownership, with a track record of executing complex projects end‑to‑end
  • Interest or experience in loyalty, promotions, or marketing technology is a plus
  • Experience applying AI tools or concepts in a sales enablement or education context
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups (approximately 1–3 times per year)
