We are hiring Sales Manager (f/m/d) in Kassel who has extensive Freight Forwarding experience. In this role, you will develop a Book Of Business within the Branch's geographical reach by implementing the company's commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the Book Of Business to ensure continuous growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
• Coordinate with Branch Operations to customize SOPs according to client needs.
• Assist clients with export/import quotations and negotiations to close opportunities.
• Collaborate with DP World’s internal network and external partners to ensure optimal service.
• Maintain daily records in our CRM system to manage pipelines and activity for incentive schemes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Strong research, growth, and business closing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
