Your mission

We are committed to excellence in the automotive logistics industry and pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. To drive our ambitions forward, we are looking for an experienced and resilient Sales Manager (m/f/d) with a proactive and collaborative mindset to join our F/F Sales Department to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive sustainable growth in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
  • Proven track record in developing new business and managing key accounts within the DACH region
  • Experience with tender management, pricing models, and contract negotiations in B2B logistics
  • Familiarity with international logistics processes (Road, Air, Ocean, Rail) and related customer requirements.
  • Language skills: fluent in English and German / additional language skills are welcome
  • Solid understanding of international transport and logistics operations
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to present complex logistics solutions in a clear and compelling way
