Qualifikationen

As a young, growing company, GenISys serves the semiconductor research and industry with its software products in the field of design and lithography optimisation. The international customer base is served from Germany as well as from branches in the USA and Japan. We are looking for a full-time employee with a flair for numbers to join our headquarters in Unterhaching near Munich as soon as possible.


Your mission
  • Continuous development of controlling processes
  • Standardisation of data analysis and reporting
  • Sparring partner for management and specialist departments
  • Independent preparation of monthly reports, budgets and forecasts, including analyses, comments and recommendations for action
  • Liquidity planning and monitoring
  • Support for group companies and group reporting
  • Responsibility for special topics (transfer pricing, intercompany coordination, currency valuation, expansion of contribution margin accounting)
  • Support for financial accounting in all areas

Your profile
  • A degree in business administration, finance or a comparable field
  • Several years of practical experience in controlling in a medium-sized company (preferably in the software industry) and group experience
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting, P&L and cost accounting
  • Professional use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular very good Excel skills and confidence in using DATEV would be an advantage
  • Analytical thinking, initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Written and spoken German and English skills
