What you bring along:
- B2B Sales Experience: Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, Corporate Real Estate, PropTech, or Facility Management.
- Industry Knowledge: You understand CREM structures and decision-making processes, and you’re familiar with the challenges in the real estate industry.
- Technical Understanding: You can explain complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling way, clearly outlining their value.
- Negotiation Skills: You lead negotiations with confidence and structure, building trust and securing long-term partnerships.

Your impact in this position:
As aSales Executive – Corporate Real Estate, you’ll take on the challenge of establishing aedifion in the strategically important CREM market. You will build a reliable sales pipeline from the ground up, identify and prioritize target accounts, and manage the entire sales process – from initial outreach to contract signature.
Your task is to clearly communicate the complex technological benefits of our solutions to key decision-makers and win them over with your consultative approach. At the same time, you’ll bring your industry knowledge to help sharpen our go-to-market strategy and provide valuable feedback from the field. Your ultimate goal: win early deals, build long-term client relationships, and position aedifion as a market leader in this new segment.
